I must have missed the part where Silco told Jinx to blow up the science center in Piltover and steal a hex-gem that he never knew existed. Silco isn't "using her" for anything. He took care of her for the last 7 years and apparently defends her against his older subordinates when she's fuckin up. So, being used isn't apart of the playbook. He respects her and she needs a dad. And no, Viktor doesn't have "powers".

Most people on here "reacting" to this show, not just "Jay3", but damned near everybody, they're watching THIS show, but they're reacting to the one that they're making up in their heads. That's literally how the plot gets lost. The subtext in Arcane is absolutely incredible, as long as people are seeing what's really going on.
@jackspratt7264 yes! They get so fixated on their own ideas of where the show could possibly go in their minds that they completely miss little major details here and there. It's a little frustrating because I mostly watch these to see if people pick up what I pick up or how they react to the little things only for them to miss it.

His Partner isn’t using “mind powers,” on him, it’s just brotherly love & having a conscience. That’s why he changed his mind during his speech. He’s actually a good guy!
Powder is just a teenager and she has already lost her family twice. First time on the bridge when she was around 5 years old, then again when she was around 11 years old... and it was partly her fault. Damn right she's messed up from it.

I rewatch first episode the other day and noticed that too. The very first scene was from Powder's point of view. The artist used the same erratic drawings to depict her mental state. Vi nor Silco made Jinx. Piltover's policys and the under city's violence made her a long time ago.
