You should use this tutorial ruclips.net/video/gCkHq0KOi70/видео.html it will help a lot and for the design I think you should keep it relativly the same but also part of the video like for example for the background lets say you go to the nether do it with the nether biome but the same or similar angles you got this Best of Luck!
