Miss what about [Cr(NH3)6]³+ complex.... In this when we do configuration after oxidation no. The electronic configuration come 3d³ and after we split the d or bital only 3 electron come in t2g.... So how we find out the spine nature because for that 4th electron needed but we don't have 4th elecron
