In this video, i will show you how to replacement lcd display for Xiaomi PocoPhone F1.
The screen for POCOPHONE is a complete screen (touch screen digitizer + lcd screen in one piece)We use original XIAOMI replacement parts and all our repairs have 3 months warranty (except drops, blows, contact with liquids or manipulation by third parties)
The process of separating the display from the frame usually destroys the display, so don't follow this guide unless you intend to replace the display.

Some notes from someone who just did this. Just to clarify some things in the vid.
1) Removing the back cover requires quite a lot of force. Also, be careful that you are slotting your pick/tool underneath the recover and not underneath the screen (that will come later).
2) When it came to removing the motherboard bracket (they call it the antenna in the video) but its the plastic shielding over the motherboard. There is a screw covered by an orange MI sticker. Its shown in the video but I missed them removing it while following along. Just note that is a screw.
3) The screwdriver for the motherboard bracket is PH000 in my set. A small cross-shaped screw.
4) The battery is really solidly stuck on. The video makes it look so easy to remove, it was not. I had to really get under it using one pick to leverage another and pry it up carefully.
5) If you live in a pretty hot country like I do you probably don't need a heater to remove the glue. See if you can wedge a pick in there without the heater.
6) I would be wary of bending some of the cables the way they do in the video. These people have repaired hundreds of phones, so they know the limits. You could potentially bend them too far.
Otherwise, this was the best tutorial I found.

I tried to wedge the battery out, but it ended up making a pop sound and a small tuft of smoke came out (prompting a huge freak out and frenzied googling on wtf to do)
@@InsideOutAnus Oh no! Foruntately you can get a new battery pretty easily as well. But I am sorry to hear that happened.
I managed to disassemble POCO F1 but my new display doesn't work. I also damaged black radiator leaf. I left that to professionals :)
I've just used this tutorial to replace the screen, thanks! The hardest part was removing the battery from the position, it's glued really hard to the transparent plastic foil on the bottom of the battery slot and took me almost 5 minutes of careful drag to remove it. Paid about 35USD for a screen and 5USD for the glue, saved me 40USD I would have paid for the replacement.

i'm stuck on exactly this part lol. the battery wont even move an inch and i'm afraid i'll destroy it cause it's actually bending with how much pressure i need to apply -.-.
@@flubbyz just be very slow. I used two little spatulas/wedges and lifted it inch by inch

Realy works well, but take care that you do not put too much glue on the top area of the frame. Much less work than completely disassembling, thank you for the video!

Hello MovilOne, How can I know which screen to order , BEFORE OPENING my craked Pocophone : screen with or without frame ? Or it doesn't matter , both fits , it only depends on me ( personally I prefer the one without frame , which is easier to replace , on your video ) . By the way , what am I loosing with a FTS screen ( instead of the original NVT-ts ) ? Thanks for your help .

I recommend the industrial glue: B7000 or T7000, one is black and the other is white, depending of the color of the device. Best regards

Hey, my screen was broken but the touch and display are working perfectly. Should I change entire display or only the screen and if so, how much does the screen cost?
The touch screen and lcd screen cames in just one piece, so if you decide to repair it, you need to replace the entire screen. Wish you good luck

Hello, Tomoki! The screen of Pocophone F1 is 6,18" Full HD+ (2.246 x 1.080 píxeles) con notch, brillo 500 nits, 18,7:9, not super amoled, so for the replacement of the screen we need to use the spare part that the manufacteur recomends.Thank you for asking and best regards

Hi I successfully replaced my screen, after turning it on the screen seemed okay but then it started flickering and the screen display looks chopped up then back tto flickering, now the screen is only black with light on. What could have been the problem? Was it the screen itself?

I have lost the plastic cover you can see being removed at 1:07, cant think of where it's gone i think im going crazy. while disconnecting the motherboard flex cable i accidently poked one of the very small diode kind of thing near the motherboard cable connector. there was 3 of them and one came off. what is that and whats its use? is my phone in danger? its turning on and seems fine. please help

Super AMOLED would require a higher voltage output, so a panel capable of it would sadly be a waste in the device
