This video is a tutorial on making a 45 cm (1.8 inch) diameter basketball hoop chain net with ten (10) hooks.
The assembly process is fast, it takes ten (10) minutes (as the video shows) to assemble and five (5) to weld.
A 30 mm long by 3 mm diameter chain was used.
The manufactured net has ten (10) hooks on the ring, unlike the traditional leash net that has twelve (12). I consider ten (10) sufficient for the type of material that is worked.
The inputs used are:
Five (5) sections of 40 links of chain
Twenty-five (25) open links.
Two (2) 2mm electrodes.
The necessary tools:
One (1) bra preferably hoop attached to the wall.
One (1) iron cutting pliers to cut links.
Two (2) tweezers.
An electric soldering iron.
Steps to follow
*The five (5) sections of 40 links of the hoop are hung.
*The lower end of the section of links is hooked and hooked from the hoop. The process is repeated for the (4) remaining lengths of links. Forming at the end five arcs pending the hoop.
*On one side of an arch, 8 links are counted and it is joined to the adjacent arch with an open link. The same is done, on each side of the rest of the arches, four (4) more. Arc Link Level 1 is completed.
From the linked link of the previous step, three (3) links are counted and it is joined to the adjacent arc, which also three (3) links are counted. Repeats for the rest of the level, four (4) times. Arc Links level 2 is completed.
From the linked link of the previous step, two (2) links are counted and it is joined to the adjacent arch, which also counts two (2) links. Repeats for the rest of the level, four (4) times. Arc Links level 3 is completed.
*From the linked link of the previous step, two (2) links are counted and it is joined to the one of the contiguous arch of the same position. the process is repeated for the rest of the level, four (4) times. Arc Link Level 4 is completed.

The weaving is finished, it remains to weld the links, which joined links.
For that, an electric welder with 2mm electrodes was used.
