On HC‘s website, he lists tier one as an authorized seller of his belt, did tier one rip him off and make a copy of it or is the tier one version actually the authorized belt? Because he also has Langdon tactical as a reseller, but Ernest website, sells the actual HC belt.
@Justinofficial90 i know bro but these belts were made for appendix carry only It's the reason why the core strength of the belt is placed in the front ..the strech is in the back for comfortably ... core essentials makes a great hip carry belt

@Promosharmtv the difference is the sizing if you are a bigger guy HC is the way to go... meaning 38 waist and above it will give you more room
Your a 40 waist and bought an extra large which on HC website says XL is for sizes 48-54?
I am the same waist as you and there large is for 36-46

I’m a little lost, it appears the tier 1 is maxed out on the smallest setting, maybe I am seeing things incorrectly

Pretty much same so the fit sucks with both that hook is not a good method and no support when you carry outside. Its a pass for me on both.

If you carry outside or strong side I would go with a Kore essential belt
Just to clarify, regardless of the models, neither of them have any way of adjust the slack? (Of course not including the hooks)..
@BeatsPatron17 you can adjust the slack on both belts HC has more room for adjusting
I would never swap out my ratchet gun belt that fits like a damn glove and has support for one of these straps
