Mat 18:20 For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them. Heb 10:24 And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works: Heb 10:25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching. Heb 6:2 Of the doctrine of baptisms, and of laying on of hands, and of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment. Jas 5:13 Is any among you afflicted? let him pray. Is any merry? let him sing psalms. Jas 5:14 Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord: Jas 5:15 And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him. Jas 5:16 Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much. We are stronger when we are gathered together, if it's just your family in a hotel room at the beach do you have what is needed for the prayer of faith to save the sick? or is that something that would be more apt to happen at the local assembly? Covid 19 was God shaking things and got rid of a lot of fence-sitters, they were hit and miss in attendance, and now they are completely out, many churches closed their doors in the wake of Covid 19, a local area Methodist church closed its doors, and is now a second-hand store. Luk 18:8 I tell you that he will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth? there is still more shaking to come, so that when Jesus comes back for His bride, they will have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. The pretenders will have been purged away leaving only the true and faithful bride waiting and watching for Jesus to return.
