itchboy here. Its awesome you did a vid of our mod. I've been viewing your channel as of recently and like your EM4 videos. Montana is definitely the one I feel most connected to compared to the 2 other mods (Manhattan and River Falls) that I have put work into. Sorry for the lack of readme. This is what bothers me a lot that some of the gameplay aspects I created weren't explained properly and therefore people ended up using them wrongly which then caused their games to bug out. Scripting and bugfixing was is really hard since I am recieving dozens of bug reports all reporting bugs (or variations of the same bug) which are difficult to trace since people often ignore the error messages that come in game. Many things were not completed due to the poll in EMP where the majority of people (75%) voted to release it on the 23rd. I will honestly say that bama and me rushed this release and are sorry for any problems the mod gives to players. A little hint for your convinience. Try using the battalion chief or the FD and PD dispatcher to call the units automatically in one click. I put a lot of work into those scripts and it would be cool if people would use them more. The patch will have scripts for every single vehicle in the game. In the top right mini map I suggest adding the road layout of the town and the main buildings, (PD, FD, EMS), so that people will know easier where to go.
This has happened to a lot of people, especially those with older systems. We believe it is caused by the excessive number of scripts being run at once by the mod. Hopefully he upcoming patch fixes this by reducing the number of those.
I personally love the modification just by looking at the video, sadly it cant seem to handle my laptops GPU since its intel, but hopefully they fix some graphics for us low end people:)
***** Ah yeah my laptop is only a year and a half old its got an I3 cpu in it. But it can depend on different peoples systems. I mean I can't play the Manhattan or Brooklyn mods properly but most others I can.

Armyconrad it is sold on Steam as 911:Frist Responders yes and no it does not come with north American Apparatus by default. As for how to mod the game, i made a video tutorial for the Atari Version, which is equal to the steam version
+Max Nguyen I am not sure what to tell you, they are pushing for their own browser so they have a very small fine print link on the bottom of the page saying ( Doanload using your browser) that's pretty much all the help i can give you on that subject matter
can you make a video explaining how to change the mission parameters? in a mod where its volly only max call at once would be 1 or 2 with the rare 3rd callout going to mutual aid (calling units in off the map) or if you can tell me how to do it would be greatly appreciated

Robert Winkel Thank you Robert, the problem with that is I do not have the steam version so i can't really say for sure what you need to do. Otherwise I would have made a tutorial already. I have to see if I can find anything about that

I have an Intel HD 4000 and it runs fine on my laptop, I just have a little bit of lag when selecting several units at once.

True :) That's always been an em4 issue I've never really liked. Messing with the freeplay file made it better.
squad 3 in the mayberry mod looks like squad 51 too. Wish hoppah would put in a squad 51 in to the LA mod
