The face shop aloe gel contains alcohol which will dry out skin. Not a good option for sure.

Sheena P yes the side effect is it will dry your skin from inside and damage it’s moisture barrier because of micro essence is very high in alcohol content. Your skin will age faster.

Foreo is not really a necessity. You can do without it as well. I’ve not researched into alternatives for Foreo. I’ll do it and update on my Instagram stories :)
