I think it has something to do with getting good at learning slow stamina maps (170-190bpm) and then learning how to speed up in part using higher speed burst maps, also those 2000 note stamina maps are actually good but I mainly use them for warming up
@@jamhthidd-197 yeah technique is important, you don't want to be tapping too hard as it drains your stamina a lot more. honestly just trying to move as little as possible while playing to the fullest of your ability is best
