I bought a Purple Mattress years ago, and I Love it! In my experience, the first week I used it, I will admit it was "uncomfortable " but, what I didn't realize was it was because the way the mattress is made, my body was actually being "reajusted" I would wake up to my body creaking and cracking, but it was really my body getting into a correct alignment. After the first week, I felt soo much better, and got so much better sleep! 🤗 In my opinion, it's worth the price. (Just my experience)

I love my oats overnight. Have them every morning for breakfast. They have both whey and vegan options. Caramel apple and bananas foster are my favorite. And they're all around the same amount of calories.
I've been using those sponges for a year now, but I've bought them from Amazon. They really do work. Each sponge lasts quite a while and does not smell or get slimy like normal ones do. So happy Costco has them now
The ingredients in those oats are pretty much exactly what I put in homemade overnight oats minus the whey protein which is easy enough to come by so yeah, they’re…ahem…expensive.

I also own a Purple Mattress but I bought it before they changed them all (I have the old school Purple 4). It was the most expensive as it has 4 inches of the purple stuff and also springs. FYI though, I got mine through like Nordstrom Rack or Macy's, they had all 3 Purples side by side so that you can compare them. I felt that 2 and 3 inches of purple stuff wasn't enough for me, too firm. I have a big butt and it needs to sink in a bit in order for my back to be straight so 4" was the answer for me

How firm is it?
@@dianeroemer673 I find that it is "squishy" due to the waffle like design, but to me it still feels like a regular firm mattress. I hope that helps

I have had a Purple 4 for about 10 years. It’s THE BEST bed I have ever had, doesn’t break down.

The prrvious Catalina Crunch was delicious for the amount of Fiber it has, there are only few cereals with a better calories to fiber ratio.
