Imagine if they did something with Yzma from The Emperor's New Groove. they could take one of Disney's most comedic villains and turn her into a crazy Dr. Moreau-esque scientist who tortures her human-animal hybrids.
Imagine if there was a part from Wreck it Ralph, like you walk through the fungeon in Sugar Rush & you see the Sugar Rush racers being tortured & Vanellope laughing at them
Dream Productions LOL, same! I wonder if that section would be animatronics with prerecorded voices or played by actual people. Which ever seems scarier.
WTF? The Pinocchio part is sad and cringe at the same time, also, where the clown ideia came? The clown looks like Pennywise that was hired to work on Disney. I like how they chosed how the Pinocchio costume, there's always had a potential to explore the dark side about Pinocchio being a puppet,he is easily manipulatable and suffered on the hands of the villains in the movie, just like a puppet, here is more or less that but on literal sense.
Alright I previously made a comment here about how Walt Disney would not like it and I think I should clear myself up I am in no way shape or form saying Walt would hate this ride the creativity and artistry behind it is something im sure he’d like And YES I am aware of what Walt could do! He was an adult! He was no stranger to darkness the trees in Snow White, pleasure island, and of course my personal favorite the cherenbog, what I mean is these are light hearted characters Pinocchio mad hatter and his hare, yes those movies all had dark moments but I don’t think Walt would appreciate seeing one of his mascots held in chains forced to dance to a slowed down version of a song played to taunt him as he begs to be released.....characters like that at least in walts eyes because of course he adapted Grimm fairy tales, Were always light hearted in his films I honestly do not think Walt would want to give the impressions the mad hatter legit decapitaded someone! The problem isn’t the ride it’s self I get the idea and novelty of taking his characters and putting it into a different perspective.. it’s just the use of characters that annoys me! At least with the haunted mansion you got a nice array of darkness and light heartedness even in his films you got that..I just do no think he would approve of the idea of having an all out dark attraction with his interpretations of these characters!
Look up the original version of Snow White’s Scary Adventures. Walt didn’t mind scary with his characters, what he’d mind is too scary or bloody. I think he’d prefer the creepy to stay to villains tho
They could have one where for Snow White and the prince is actually an alien monster disguised as a human that eats people when you kiss him and for monsters inc they could have boo and sully screaming and crying for you and they look like half plastic dolls and half animatronics with peeled skin and showing the gizmos and gadgets like a cyborg.
I wish Walt Disney World should have an haunted attraction for the older folks just like what Universal, Seaworld and Knott’s Berry Farm does. It would be called, “Villain’s Night”. Opens around 7:00pm to 2:00am.
Poor Pinocchio If He Was A Slave To Stromboli He Would Have Never Become A Real Boy His Father Geppetto Would Starve To Death In The Belly Of A Whale All Chained Up Performing For Stromboli Poor Pinocchio🤥💔😔
Someone at Disney thought this was a good idea? I don't know which is worse: the ExtraTERRORestrial Alien Encounter ride or this. The worst part is I believe Eisner was gone at this point. So, you can't blame him for this.
It was a great idea for Hong Kong because Halloween = super scary there, so there was a huge market for it. I think it's an awesome concept for adults who don't mind seeing Disney stories twisted into something creepy. I'd love it if they brought something like this to let's say Downtown Disney/Disney Springs for Halloween. Just not in the parks so it doesn't get confused for a typical Disney ride, which was the issue with Alien Encounter. I'd pay to go through it. Only problem is that this would definitely need to be labeled 18+ (enforced even, because some parents ignore warnings) and needs a huge warning that it's ACTUALLY disturbing and might change your perception of the films depicted. So nobody wanders in there without knowing what they're getting into.
they never do a haunted house in HKDL since then....probably received complaints from parents.... i was there once and it was fun....not scary at all....i miss it
The Pinocchio one gives me *chiles*
Tbh i just that that one was sad.
I’m shaking in my chair right now😱

I almost cried during that pinocchio part the way he was begging for help and the clown just telling the guest to move on to me that was depressing

What has Eisner got to do with it? He left the company in 2005, this was from 2017, 12 years after he left.

What a horrible way to destroy children's beautiful images of Disney characters
In all honesty there’s probably a lot of warnings and there must be a minimum age. If a parent lets a little kid go on there that’s on them I think
