Hello, yes it is still obtainable, sometimes he moves around the area of the south east corner of Un'Goro Crater. But he's generally stays in the same spot. Mor'vek is the npc, his coordinates are (71.4,73.8). In the later videos I learned to add coordinates and pinpoint the location of the npcs.

I have been farming Rivendare's Deathcharger since 2005....100s of attempts, I spent a few years on my rogue who is camped outside running that place 10 times a day several times a week. I am running close to 1000 attempts so far...still nothing...I must be the most unlucky random drops out there.
WOW! The amount of attempts that it is taking for you to get it is extremely high. I got mine after about 400 or so attempts. I know it's hard to keep a positive attitude about it, but I would do my best to just keep going after it. Maybe just like a couple a times a day so you don't go crazy farming it.
