This is about your values, the standard of right or wrong and if your standard of right or wrong permits cheating, you will definitely cheat, DO NOT DO IT, its all deception, focus on being a good version of yourself and do the right thing for the case of the right. make good choices based on understanding.

I feel your pain. I gave up on this and focused on things that I can control. One thing that is sufficient is respect. Anything else is on my terms and only do things I am comfortable with.
