Am glad to see husband and wife here changing lives of the depressed men.. its okay to fail, but how supportive that man is handled. I pray to give this couple other bundles of joy .... Maicah.. you are lucky to have such lovely parents who are informative... Glad to have found this channel.. lots of love from bump love
Thank you Dear Rachel, your Dear Husband and Dr. Evas for educating us. Mental health has gotten out of hand in our country and yet we don’t know what to do. Please keep it coming you are my favorite talk show and you need to be on TV with interpretation in local languages and radio simultaneously so all our people can benefit from these great conversations. I never comment on videos but yours has so much taste to it.
These are facts. Societal pressure or influence is such a push in life in general as though it's a competition which can easily be a bad thing, much as it "could be" intended for good
Ate mwatu Mr Ben has added on some weight .. he looks so amazing❤❤❤❤. Racheal am still praying for u.. be ready to receive the bundle of joy soon.. love from isabellah. The bump lover
Ben's reasoning is absolutely smart 👏👏👏👏 I actually first watched him being interviewed by crystal en I kept following him. I love seeing couples working together, this has been an awesome conversation.
Stress makes you want to do things, on the other hand, Depression makes you not to do anything. You dont want to leave bed, you see no reason of leaving, you dont see any worth in it. It seems like the closer you get to self actualization the more you are likely to get depressed. Most people are just stressed and confuse it to be Depression!
Men are not judged by how much they love or how emotionally they express themselves, but their ability to provide. You can be tolerated if you love less but provide more, but you will be despised if you love too much but provide less!
Oh my God..this was so timely...I must do better....Thank you so much Mr.Mwine and Dr Evas...to our incredible host Rachel I'm forever grateful for your wisdom and open mindedness..God bless Reality check and May all women pray to God for wisdom
Rewatching this episode. Thank you Dr Evas, Ben and Rachel for the conversation. My take away is that we need to complement each each other in good times and in those moments of vulnerability than "cast stones" which we often do! It is then that the men in our lives will 'open up' to an extent than withdraw and drown in depression. Ben's insight on the social status of people who are most vulnerable to stroke was an eye-opener. I lost a sibling to a stroke in December 2021 and when I reflect on the triggers, they were environmental and social than "hereditary" Thank you all
Ben Mwine is such a blessing, very rare to find an understanding lady when we men are facing financial challenges, the biggest problem wiz ladies, they re poisoned by their fellow ladies who mislead them wizout thinking twice .
Success is you making a better version of you without competing and comparing yourself to anyone you just have to be you and make a better version of yourself
Glad to see you and Dr. Evas start these critical reality check conversations Rachel! You are a blessing and we love you so much for sharing your life and experiences with us. Delighted to see Ben too, what a deep conversation ❤
Mental health generally is stigmatised and many men, women, youth, children etc dont openly talk about it. Good you talk about it. Statistics of depression in Uganda are worrisome.thank you❤ From Prof Prudence A Friberg
Happy life is about basics but we rather choose to live it in difficulties by lack of contentment just like Dr. Evas said. "Not every extra is an addition", lastly don't make choices dat will cause u alot of stress in management. So thoughtful of u Rachel for bringing these two. Its been an interesting discussion ❤❤
I love you Rach and Ben. I love how God is unfolding his mercy over us through your experiences. Vulnerability is power. Thank you for sharing your experience with us.❤️❤️😭🫂
I really love your conversations Rachel n Dr.Evas. and You inspire me. I love this kinda approach to help this patriarchal society that's yet to face the Genzis without the backbone for it.. please continue to talk about it.
Very educative program! Let’s keep sharing . Who knows how many souls vam be lifted out of the burden of depressiom ? Thanks Racheal and Tram 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Ooh wow thanks so much Dr Evas, Racheal and Ben this has been very informstive and as one said above please air it on tv too with some nstibmve languages so that many can benefit from it im lucky to be one of your followers tusiima keep it up i have shared with those that need it keep them coming ❤
This is an insightful, rich, and open conversation. Thank you, Dr. Evas, Racheal and the guest, Ben. Vulnerability is something we fight a lot. It is associated with weakness and I got heavily criticised for suggesting that we be vulnerable to seek help when we struggling in the work context. Sharing my thoughts here for the first time is me being vulnerable. Listening to the conversation has given me the courage to. I am glad that you talking about it here. Thanks again.
Thank you so much dr. Evas, Rachel and Ben. These are really educative views. I am also asking myself, "do men really have time to watch these beautiful lessons or they can be busy in other things like watching soccor, etc? Because even when you look at comments, many are from ladies! Women naturally love to learn something new even without being pushed! So all these educative youtube videos are mostly consumed by ladies. I request that we also encourage men to interntionally look out for such content for their betterment! Thank you!
Thanks for the mental health talk but there some challenges that women go through those with men that are so quiet and reserved that you may do whatever you think that bring back your hubby but he keeps on telling you that he is ok and he doesn't know what is taking place in life.I experienced this that I walked with him the journey for 11months and some times i would miss to go for work just to keep him happy walked every evening and morning to bring back is life.Discussed the blessings that God has given us to see that he opens up he didn't. Had counselling sessions and visited a physicist but he could not open up he could say he doesn't know what is the problem and he was put on medication. We lived a happy family but life changed in a minute how can you help such people that face such challenges?
Unfortunately I know a poor man who had a stroke last year and he has kept working to date even with difficulty in speech and locomotion because his children need to have a meal.
@Rachel you confessed that you are an introvert back then on bump love show but it’s really amazing that you’re doing great here. Bravo 👏

Oh thank you for this vote of confidence.
Depression in men can also be beyond, with rage and bitterness completely covered by first hand impressive appearance
These are facts. Societal pressure or influence is such a push in life in general as though it's a competition which can easily be a bad thing, much as it "could be" intended for good
Thanks for sharing ❤

Mr. Ben Mwine is a greater preacher of the word of God
This is a very good episode. Flowers to Rachel and the whole team.
Men are not judged by how much they love or how emotionally they express themselves, but their ability to provide. You can be tolerated if you love less but provide more, but you will be despised if you love too much but provide less!
This makes sense, isn’t it unfair though?
I don't think it's unfair, it is what it is. As a man you choose what needs to be done. Love as much as you want, but make sure you provide.
Oh my God..this was so timely...I must do better....Thank you so much Mr.Mwine and Dr Evas...to our incredible host Rachel I'm forever grateful for your wisdom and open mindedness..God bless Reality check and May all women pray to God for wisdom
