One of the greatest movies of the 20th Century.
2:10 I remember watching this in the theater as a young teen and everyone held their breath and did a little inhale when the flame flickered! It was soo crazy!!!

I was just randomly watching clips of this film, since it’s been so long since I’ve even thought about The Fifth Element. Only to find out that today’s Milla Jovovich’s (Leeloo) birthday! What a coincidence!
I should rewatch this film classic sometime, since it’s been so long, and I feel like I’ll understand a lot more now as an adult.

Fifth Element and Warrior of Virtue are the best two movies based on classical elements in release in May 1997

Safety matches are matches that will only ignite when struck against a specially prepared striking surface like those found on the sides of matchbooks and matchboxes. For this reason, they are also known as “strike on box matches.” They are the most common type of match available today.20.1.2021

Just realized the light sticks they have must obviously run on some form of electricity, they could’ve busted one open and used the sparks had the match went out. Possibly lol. Gotta watch this again, one of my favorites
