I visited Milan in early June of this year and it was freakin' awesome! The Duome (from the roof to the basement archeological site), the Last Supper, Sforza Castle. and saw a real life gathering of actual communists right by the Galleria. The vertical garden apartments, Milano Centrale station, the food, the canals, La Scala Opera House, San Siro stadium, and the recreation of the giant bronze horse at the racetrack - a horse originally envisioned by DaVinci, and everything in between. Pro tip, you can pay a little extra to take an elevator to the top/terraces of the Duomo - worth it. That and reserve your time for as early as possible. Ditto for The Last Supper. I was literally the third person in line the morning I went. I also brought back Italian chocolate and several wedges of Italian cheese. For me it was also fun to see the small little street cars that were likely older than me. The subway makes getting to most things super easy. And the cannolis.
What's up Top Flight Family! Awesome once again! Thanks for taking us around Milan. I guess you can say that Milan is underrated but the way you guys show it, I have a feeling it will pick up in the ranks!😄There is some awesome architecture and food to be seen and had in Milan too! Shout out to Serge and his gelato pics😄 That boat ride and the ocean views from Como to Varenna are amazing! I love the water and coastal views! Again thank you for another amazing adventure Top Flight Family. Be well, be safe and Cheers!
Hey Top family. Ooooh. Italy. Never saw saffron in risotto. Nice your girls have an inquisitive palate. More to life than nuggets, hot dogs and Kraft Mac n cheese. Milan looks amazing. Is Milan, Rome, Venice within touring distance of one another? See a different city every couple of days. Wow. Alfredo is not Italian. And good categorized by regions. The pasta class looked fun. Love how you research and take local transportation, trains, ferry etc. Looks like you guys had pizza almost every meal and they all look different. The charcuterie had meats. No cheese? But there was pizza and olives. Congrats on your 1st Ferrari. Great video. Thanks for sharing and see you next video.
We spent a few weeks in Milan and it really IS gorgeous. The top of the Duomo has the best views and there is a cafe in the square with the best coffee drink I’ve probably ever had.
How about I love your videos. I’m sitting here now trying to think of a way to get my husband back to Milan. We were so busy taking day trips to Lake Como and to Cinque Terre that we did not take the time to enjoy the city. How many days did you spend there?
These are also Europe underrated city. Bucharest, Brasov, Romania. Sofia, Plovdiv, Bulgaria. Ljubljana, Piran, Slovenia. I found these cities are amazing beautiful.
I have been in Milan a couple of times, and don't know.. but can't convince myself to that city 😅 Great stop before going to Lake Como or other places, though! 😍
It was La Compagnie! That was a little teaser/preview for you all lol. But full review will come soon. It's a very interesting airline - the entire plane is business class!
Ever since I visited Italy some 30 years ago and ate pizza I find it DIFFICULT to purchase pizza in the UK to eat. I think I may have only had between in England 5 times since my return.
Ciao vorrei farti notare che la cotoletta e presente a Milano dal 1100 e gl austriaci a Milano arrivano nel 1700 , il risotto alla milanese non deriva dagli spagnoli ma ebraici
RIght? Loved those buildings. That whole area has some interesting new buildings. Def a bit of a Dubai vibe there, which I'm sure not all locals love lol. But it's def worth a visit.
Milan is not Chicago, as you may believe; you can sleep all night in the park and no one will bother you. Even with lingeries, girls can go outside in peace.
@@joii8980 I wanted to know in general, every where you've been with the kids, how safe do you do to make it for their safety. I want to travel every where but I don't know how safe certain places would be.
Hey it was called Ristorante Pizzeria Oasi. Here's the Google Maps link: g.page/OasiMilano?share I just realized that I forgot to include links to all the places we went, the way I usually do in our video descriptions. Will get to that as soon as I can!
great video thanks.... just for correct info the cotoletta milanese born first in italy and Radetzsky asutriac stolen the recip from milan and give to astruian.....
Loved the video. However, for us it's definitely the most overrated city in Europe. The best thing about Milan is the road that leads to Lake Como 😂 Glad you guys made the most of your time there though.
@@pemmeinox3980 I visited 86 countries, including 34 in Europe, and 100% Milan is not the most underrated city in Europe as the title says, it s just another metropolitan European city.
@@evaherera1540 Milan is an extraordinarily important city at European level, both cultural (fashion, design, communication),industrial (Alfa Romeo, Pirelli, Breda, Falck etc.), artistic (architecture, music, painting, poetry, laboratory of every Italian avant-garde of the twentieth century) and political (cradle of every ideological experiment of the last century from the workers' movement to student struggles until every declination of reformism both socialist both liberal); it is not “just another metropolitan european city” and it has been sistemacally understimated, at least in the Italian political landscape, by Roman-centric cultural conservatism (first fascist and then by the amministrative bureaucratic apparatus post 1945). I’ve never visited Milan, but after watching your video I plan to see it one day.
Yeah we really enjoyed it! Went in with zero expectations but it was great. Pretty chill. Doesn't have the crowds of other cities in Italy.
Cool video

Such a dope family. I wish y'all had two baby boys 😭🤣😂 we need sweet people to spread the love and joy
Nice!
Thanks!
Hey, what airline did you fly, at the 45 second mark? Cheers from your neighbor in Queens.
Also, I audibly gasped when serge pretended to through the gelato away after taking a picture.

Oh man I know! We live in NYC so we love our NYC pizza, but that's its own thing completely different from "real" Italian pizza.

Hahaha seriously. There's always some wrestling or grappling going on in our house lol. And sometimes it creeps into the vlogs!
Another classic
To be fair most if not all the cities in Italy are really iconic, Milan is top 5 in Italy and probably top 20 in the world.
The architect is beautiful
