Hey Francis, Love the streams, did you know an easy way to prime the atmosphere in a cooling chamber is to dump water in and then have a airflow tile at the top, once the water turns to steam it forces the gases out but steam doesn't seem to go through and so then the whole room is full of steam, you can then just replace that tile with an insulated one!!
I would be really interested in you unlocking every single possible skill for every dupe and dealing with the morale requirements (in some colony, this one or another) as an interesting challenge. As the dups level, you "have to" take a skill, forcing you to adapt as you go.
for maximum temperature control: Aquatuner -> full resevior -> thermo sensor Liquid reseviors average the temperature, so by putting one after the aquatuner and before the thermo sensor you are effectively averaging the output temperature of the aquatuner. The setup in the video will probably work well enough, but will never be able to be as precise because the final output temperature does not feed into the control of the cooling.
Yes, doing it this way is actually brilliant. I use it for my liquid hydrogen setup. It can reach the set temperature with an error lower than 1°C. Making a very reliable LH setup without the risk of freezing it solid. Also very nice if you want to farm sleet wheat at 2°C to keep the water from freezing in the pipes.
for some end game projects, what about interchangeable rocket deliver system to send... idk, solid methane and sulphur? But at least fully automated space mining rocket is fun.
13:00 You messed up the automation for you cooling loop. You don't want the temperature of the super coolant going into the aqua tuner, you want to use the temperature of the super coolant going out of the liquid tank after the aqua tuner. I used this basic concept for a cooling loop for a new playthrough I'm doing, and it's amazing. I had a small pool of super cold water to use to cool my whole base, I'm on about cycle 400 and I'm not even close to depleting the cooling potential. I have two separate cooling loops of ethanol, one going through the cold biome, and one going through my whole base on every other floor, both loops go through a big metal block covered in insulation. It only costs 10 watts to run since the only power requirement is the liquid shut off valve that shuts off the cooling loop that goes through the cold biome when the liquid tank's temp is low enough. Super efficient and simple cooling and it only draws the 10 watts when running the loop, so usually it costs no power to run. I have a SPOM and don't bother cooling the air before dumping it into the base, the cooling loop more than keeps up. And the whole base stays almost exactly 20 degrees.
If it wasn't for the limited rocket interior tiles, I would recommend adding several Liquid Rocket Loader Ports to the platform, then pump it in, with output ports on the inside, but it may be a bit complicated with your current build... Maybe it'll help for consuming the ocean planet?

How do you get that much space inside the rocket?
"What would you do if everything was gone?" yeah you'd just open up the volcanoes, everything is infinite. Now, what you could do was vacuum out the entire map and build a very tiny box around the gate (remove ever other tile), so that a dupe couldnt access anything, or build thier way out, and the vacuum is to make the suffocate if the try to deconstruct out of the box. Even then though, you have to make a way to generate oxygen for the dupe to live, and they could just slowly fill the map with O2, whether that was oxylite being chucked outside, or breaking pipes, or building a vent outside the box... there's really no way to do it.
