Savings account mein ICICI Bank best hai yaar 3 saal se use kar raha hoon HDFC ka savings account bhi open kiya but use close karna pada ICICI Bank best

The reality is fully different. Icici bank totally different account opening amount is 1 lac minimum in rural area . They don't obey any rules.
