Mayan Seaside, Seafront Neighbourhood, Consejo, Corozal, Belize

This is a little tour of Mayan Seaside, which is a "Planned Waterfront, Expat Nieghbourhood" in the Northern District of Corozal, Belize.
Strectched over about 50 acres, it has about 10 acres set aside for communial recreational areas, including waterfront park, wooded parks, beaches, dedicated BBQ areas, Games courts, Water Volley ball courts, waterfront bathroom and shower, Freshwater lagoon, 150' Pier

I really like the pathways through the plants and trees. It is nice to see that all the land wasn't cleared of everything or if it was, nice job of bringing it back.
