Very simple way l do.
1. remove two three petals
2. cut the flower into half lengthwise.
3. place cut side down and slice from tip to stem
Then slice very fine several slices at a time.
4.boil in big pan of water.
5.cook as usual with dhall.
I found that all the stamens and pistils are all edible..no stomuch ache.
