Guys, I can’t thank you enough for sharing these informative videos. I can’t wait to take my wife skiing as she’s never been and I was a few times as a younger person LOL…. I tried to explain to my wife how skiiing is probably one of the best things in the world and I can’t wait to bring her to these locations
Thanks for great video folks. Any info on the quality of the internet connection out there? Looking to work out there for a few weeks this winter and need to know if it's good enough to hold a video call. Also, any ideas on how busy the aire tends to get in Feb? Thanks
Ah... Great question! So we had no real issues, but I did have to get close to the aircraft hangar to get decent enough signal for a video call. We're on ID mobile, not sure if that helps?!
Guys, I think I saw a video little while ago where someone said if you buy a season ski pass it works out really good pricewise have you heard of anything like this?
Yeah absolutely, season passes are the best value, although it limits you to the same resort usually. There are some passes like the superdolomiti that cover a number of resorts. In general a season pass is roughly twice the price of a 7 day pass, so if you're hitting the same resort a number of times it's great value. There are other benefits to season passes too, like discounts at some bars and restaurants. We probably ought to do a video about these things!
Great video! Really informative. Thanks. I'm heading to Alpe D'Huez this New Year with my kids so will definitely give Auris a try now too. I wasn't sure how beginner friendly it would be. Great to see lots of nice gentle beginners areas in Bergers too.
There is an aire in auris too, but I understand it's mainly in the shade, not ski in / out so we didn't bother. We absolutely loved the altiport, make a coffee first thing and watch the heli's fire up! Just amazing!

This is exactly the reason why we do it! Thank you so much! 🙏
