- Looking back it still feels surreal that we've conquered Mt. Daraitan. It's just a minor climb for mountaineers, but for Clare & I, who are beginners who didn't do much research and physically & mentally preparation, it sure did become a super major hike!
But as what I've said, the mountain has been used as a metaphor whenever we are faced with big challenges in life that seem impossible to overcome. Just like in life, we need to build resilience & adjustments on how we show up for the climb and reach our goals in life. And you’ll find out, you learn more about yourself in every step that you make, that your journey is the destination. When you reach to the top, it’s not the mountain you master, but yourself.
