Way back February 2008, nayaya ako ng workmates kong akyatin ang Mt. Pulag. First-timer ako sa pag-akyat ng bundok, may nilamay pa akong work the night before the hike, so sobrang puyat mode din. And what followed next was an experience I don't think I will ever try again. 🤣 Pero at least, proud ako na sabihing naakyat ko na ang Mt. Pulag. I was just not in a very pleasant shape nga lang. 😂 But the view at Pulag's peak is super unforgettable. ❤

Felt the same way sa Masungi. Never thought I could finish the hike. Pero walang choice - di makabalik so push forward. Helps to just think of your next steps instead of thinking of the looong trail ahead 😊

Yes! What really worked for us was staying grounded in the present para di maoverwhelm sa journey 😅

@@PatAndAgnes I can't even imagine going backwards sa Masungi trail - imagine how to do that sa web/sapot area! 😁 Everytime pa I ask the park ranger if last na challenge na, di sumasagot 😅 So kahit pagod na, focus on 1 foot forward or down the net. Masaya rin kung may imaginary dinosaur na damputin ka sa damit at ibaba sa finish line 😂
