That snake has beautiful coloring and markings! I love the grey and yellow pattern! I'm glad you think about temperament in your breeding plans because too many breeders don't.
My brain has ruptured from all that talk ,Jay .yikes ....I'm having a cow trying to figure out what you're explaining.I'm watching when you say something is patternless when I see patterns on it .so I am confused ..what does a tiger look like .?What does a sunfire look like ?What does a motley look like ?and when you put them all together what does that look like ? My brain is leaking . help.
I do not see how what the controversy is in this video. It is all about genetics. Genetics fascinates me to a point. I am going to assume the basics when breeding a homogenesis recessive snake (rr) to a homogenesis dominant snake (RR) then the result would be a hetrogenesis dominant snake (Rr). Meaning the snake will show the dominant characteristics but have the recessive gene in their cells. The markers mentioned will influence the genetic coloring of the snakes and they also have a recessive and dominant determinate to the equation. But with all that said did I understand what this guy said that a recessive snake matched with another recessive snake of the same recessive color will produce the same color of snake. Because I get that. Did anyone ever written down these genetic makeup stuff and what genes are dominant to what and so forth then perhaps it will be a lot easier to understand the breeding program.
Thank you Jay for explaining all the stuff you explain I am starting to get a better pucture of how it all works and ut is thanks to you I have always been terrified of snakes but now not so much thank you thank you thank you
I'm very proud of breeders. Jay, you light up my life. Figuring out geneos is very fun. I've never done snakes. I think that would be too time consuming. But I thank the heavens that you and your staff can do it
Jay I know you have the experience so it’s not a big deal, but a bite from a girl they size HAS TO FRICKEN HURT, and you jump right in there. You are da man!!!
I really liked you talking about genetics of these beautiful snakes that you and Tim make. I actually learned alot that I did not know. I always wondered what you met by het for this. know I know what you and T im are talking about. I would like to hear more about breeding and genetics,I think that would be great!!!!
I kinda get anxious when my bf takes his ball python out to handle cause I'm afraid she's in a bad mood and may bite me but she's pretty docile and curious
I'm not assuming, however I am curious however that snakes face looks battered like it has been abused also the twitching is a sign I only tlknow this from when I worked with rescued pythons
have u ever heard the term allelic? ure logic is off. a motley tiger is inc dom because when u breed em u get other motley tigers. so what about purple passions? when u breed em to a normal u get mojo and phantom but no other purple passion. so in ur logic they aren't inc dom. you would think that a big breeder like u would have a better understanding of genetics. as far as super tigers from super tigers x normal goes- u might want to research the term null allel
are u kidding me? so u saying that because he bred more snakes than me, he automatically has a better knowledge in genetics than me? u obviously know absolutely nothing about genetics either, otherwise u wouldn't have made such a ridiculously stupid comment

I am honestly terrified of snakes in person though they fascinate me. She is absolutely beautiful.

Even thinking of getting a pet snake one day!
Snakes make great pets

These snakes are so domesticated that they remind me of the replicant version from Blade Runner
Jay I know you have the experience so it’s not a big deal, but a bite from a girl they size HAS TO FRICKEN HURT, and you jump right in there. You are da man!!!

Who and what is your oldest snake and is it alive now? Some questions im wondering
She might not be biting you now but she probably thinking about it lol
So what's wrong with the small egg?
Is it a dud or something
Yeah it's a dud.
I kinda get anxious when my bf takes his ball python out to handle cause I'm afraid she's in a bad mood and may bite me but she's pretty docile and curious
hi what happens to all the snakes that hatch ?You must have hundreds right?
Some they keep some they sell
She is being so tolerant!
Isn't she just the most gentle girl.
And 100% Het twitchey
omg she is being so good
Jeez 48!!
I like the way you think guys 👍👍🐍🐍🇦🇺👍
what is a slug egg?
Samantha O'Shea an infertile egg
Unfertilized eggs..basically a snake/reptile equivalent to a female mammalian period
I love snakes are amazing
why do they twitch?
Snakes are ticklish, and they hate being touched to boot
I'm not assuming, however I am curious however that snakes face looks battered like it has been abused also the twitching is a sign I only tlknow this from when I worked with rescued pythons
That snake looks sock
i think there is 68 eggs there
She's a nudger not a biter.
Why not just take away the snake when you take the eggs and don't she miss them?
The snake forgets about the eggs within minutes, they aren't like mammals that remember or recognize their offspring
Ok I understand thanks!
No problem!
sheis beingreally good..what her name? im guessing its Lucy
Hi guys pretty mama
Quit taking on Kevin. He knows what he is doing.

this video is SACRILEGIOUS! apostasy i tell you! repent!

ewww you seen the green inside???
Wtf you crazy dude !
Jay always gets sooo confusing when he tries to talk about genetics. Very difficult to follow even when I know what he's trying to say.
eternale23 I have the feeling he has ADHD
nice
Is anyone else bleeding out their ears?
First? Or nah?
