Hello: I wake up at 7:00am, talk to Jesus about how greatfull I am to be alive. After that, I go to the bathroom brush my teeth. The, I pray. Later, I prepare breakfast for my hubby & me. Love your morning routine.
I will always remember my grandmother's morning return. Before breakfast, she would have her cup of coffee sitting on the chair or couch reading her Bible.

Excellent points to get started effectively. Break-fast is exactly as it notes. When we conform to what set hours are it’s not reasonable. Like your self my breaking the fast is closer to 11am. When I made that connection I was in tuned with my body’s rhythm naturally. I’m so proud of you you in recognizing this process. Sometimes when you go with the “time of every restaurant to fast food hours “ for myself previously it either made me sluggish or not well as in full. To sabotage of my body needs to nourish. You are a beautiful young lady that is so amazing. Thank you for your sharing.

Loved this. Whilst being at university, my sleep pattern is all over the place and is something I definitely need to master. I have the habit on my days off to sleep in for as long as possible, mainly because I've also gone to bed rather late too.
It’s impossible to have a healthy sleeping habit in college. I have days when I start classes at 7:30, and days when I start classes at 9:15. And of course classes end at random times. Yeah, sure, I will sleep and eat regularly. Maybe after I graduate.
@@Komodorzyca thankfully here in the UK my classes don't start that early. My earliest at the minute is 10am and my latest starts at 1pm. I have a tendency to go to sleep about 1/2am and if I have class at 10am, I try to get up about 8:30am so that I have enough time to get ready. As I head into my final year, I want to create a better sleep routine so that I wake up earlier and go to bed earlier in order to have more time in the day to get work done etc whilst also feeling refreshed and ready for the day. I am not a morning person either so I know this will be difficult
Depending on whereabouts in the world you are, you can try not closing your curtains when you go to sleep! I have really enjoyed waking up slowly with the sun every morning this spring instead of to an alarm. I’m waking up earlier and happier!
I am the worlds least morning person and the pandemic and working from home has definitely not helped. As hard as it is to drag myself out of the house (especially when it’s cold), I find going for a walk or jog first thing in the morning sets me up for a more productive day as I am already in the mindset that I have achieved something for the day.

I think seeing the clean space helps give me a boost and keeps my momentum going. I am going to add reading to my morning routine. I'm looking for a sofa for my family room that folds out like yours. Realize it's off topic, but where did you buy your sofa? 🙂 Also, I'm a morning person and enjoyed this video. For me, I'm in bed by 10pm (I'm 50) and up at 6am and do not touch my phone until 8am. Ever. My cellphone is a huge time waster, I get too easily distracted. 🙂

I developed an autoimmune disorder several years ago that has no cure but requires an incredible amount of rest and sleep when it’s in an active state in my body and ever since I realized sleep was important for that, I now protect my sleep like it’s my child or something lol
Hey such nice habits and your videos are so calming and peaceful !!!! Well, IF you want the pothos plant on your beside table to be more bushier then just snip off the growing tip of the stem, about 2-3 leaves from the end and then it would shoot out new growth from sideways.
Make my bed as soon as I am out of it, meditate, journal and then try to read a few minutes. Then I am off to make coffee, empty dishwasher, I like to be able to load it as the day goes.
Can’t help not to notice that you changed your phone already! Wow. I hope you could post updated what’s in your phone and digital minimalism in general. Thank you!

I think you mis-spoke. I don't think it's a matter of how much sleep you want, but of experimenting and figuring out how much sleep you need, nes pas? I happen to believe the amt. Of sleep ea.person needs is very personal and can be highly variable depending on any number of circumstances.
The problem is i can't control my mood and there are a lot times l decided to be more productive but i didn't do any thing or i do for one day or two days max
I think that you hit on something really big there. A lot of times we feel like we need to be motivated in order to be productive. But creating habits is all about making a system that doesn’t depend on you “feeling” productive or not. 🤍

I feel I’v been using my phone a lot more lately. Need to replace some of that with reading more! Gonna try morning reading tomorrow!
