I have pcos and endometriosis. The weight just keeps fighting through no matter what. What sized weights should we lift for effectiveness. Right now I'm at 7 to 8 pounds.
do u have any ideas to try for weight loss? from the second i was born, i had a struggle with losing weight. when i started puberty, it got even harder. i don’t have much of an appetite. some days i have to force myself to eat… but i still gain weight. some times i’ll eat more and lose weight, which doesn’t make any sense. i haven’t found any sort of exercise that doesn’t make me feel sick. i feel nauseous, my stomach hurts like how it feels when ur about to have diarrhea, i feel like i’m getting a cold sometimes my nose will run, and i get this headache that i typically get when i’m really tired or dehydrated, even though i drink way more water when i’m active. i’ve tried cutting out dairy and gluten… didn’t change anything for me. i’ve tried every diet under the sun… but nothing. my hair has been thinning so much. i think what makes it worse is that i’m still going through puberty, so my hormones are fluctuating even more
Is there anything beides walking that the ones can do that absolutely hate weight Lifting amd don't have access to a gym? I tried things like HIT home Training in the past but I lost zero weight with it even when I ate really healthy
You can do the slow weighted workouts, but without weights! Just using body weight can help, but eventually, weight or resistance will have to be added to continue to make progress ♥

🎉❤ yay 😁
What do you think of weighted vests for walking? Could that have similar benefits to slow weighted workouts?
It could have some great benefits, but not the exact same as slow, weighted workouts since those target specific large muscle groups

What does that mean?
Can i do running and jumping during pcos please reply
pcos doesn’t mean u can’t run or jump. u can do anything, it depends on the person. just like for those without pcos.
You have to try first. In my case it works better weightlifting than running.
Why?
Pump that shit! Sweat! You definitely burn more sweating.
