My Favourites are Grande Valse de Bravoure and Premiere Valse Oubliee... But...these are not ALL the Waltzes by Liszt...and the Four Mephistos? And the elaborations on Schubert- Themes entitled Soirees de Vienne? Every case...thanks a lot!
@@alessandropelizzoli6613 crap, I know those and am very acquainted with those, but what I did for this video is I searched “valse” under Liszt’s IMSLP, and those don’t have valse in their titles. I guess I gotta make a part two sometime lol. Edit: I changed the video title

Liszt is one of those composers whose music is so fun to listen to that sometimes I have no choice but to dance around and shout for joy! Same with Beethoven and Prokofiev.

I love Liszt's waltzes, even more than Chopin's ones, they are so original and underrated!
@@teodorb.p.composer yeah there is a glint about them that you can’t find with any other valses

I also like the valse d'adele transcription(orignial piece by Zichy)

Ik we don't like comparing Liszt to Chopin but Grande Valse di Bravura sounds very similar to Chopin's waltzes.
Similar, maybe, but much much more interesting
