      I tried it out of curiosity.
      It seems to be faster now - took about 5-10 mins, using smartphone, with no errors.
      Main difference: no more vaccination proof uploads needed.

    What a nightmare! Should have just left it alone if they weren't going to improve it. We are coming back to the Philippines in December. I feel bad for those that are traveling in the next week especially people who are not computer savvy. Traveling is stressful enough without this!!!!       Corruption behind or involved with everything else, so it's not surprising. PH create more paperwork and have it's and other people jumping through so many hoops, as much, if not more than dictatorship and communist countries.

    Yes, no improvement whatsoever. Actually worse if it doesn't work, then denied boarding. Not worth the risk of visiting. As you say, it should be removed, like every other country has done.

    just sharing: in case anyone is getting error specially at the end, try clearing your history or data. put check mark on browsing history, download history, cookies and other site data, cached images and files, and autofill form data... then click clear data.
    then go back to the website and do your e-arrival card or OHP.

      Indeed...other country in asia is not doing that. Is really an hassle not just to tourist but to filipino themselves..no booster need expensive antigen before entering or needs hotel quarantine.. unlike other country no big deal if no booster..thats the reason why philippines never get richer...because officials are corrupt. No good idea of implementing things

    Requiring all arriving passengers to have access to a broken system is insane. If they aren't going to scrap it completely the least they can do is have an alternative PDF file you can print out, fill out, and bring to the check in counter to get your boarding pass. I buy my ticket months in advance trying to keep travel costs reasonable. Last minute issues are not my idea of a good time.

      WTH!! Why? Removed the OHP but there is another one the E arrival card. Still the same to fill out something. What’s going on. Only in the Philippines again. Who started? I hope it’s not IATF and DOH. To make it simple.. just show the vaccinations card, passport, tickets. That’s all why make it complicated. Still using gadgets such as cell, computers etc. the reason why people wants to get rid of OHP is to use gadgets. Ur making a mess again with old ages don’t know how to use gadgets.

      i would bring the QR code of onehealtpass to be sure, cuz is still the same system on what i see and they use the same QR code, if not working on time they should accept this still at the airport.

It seems like it's just similar to all the paperwork we got on the flight's on our way to the Philippines in the past I believe this is easier than trying to fill in all this b4 you begin your travel and not trying to fill out this information on the flight before landing and I think this will make it easier at border control.     Thank you so much for keeping us updated! You are right, Jen! This is a disappointment - an added stress for travelers! The government should've listened to travelers and remove this thing permanently! I'll be traveling to the Philippines in December and I am hoping this won't be so stressful before then.

    Thank you so much Jenniifer for this update. my only concern and hope is that they have a second plan in place just incase this website continues to be unaccessible prior to flights. I also hope that this coming holiday where the country will be expecting heavy traffic of travellers will this website function very well for its purpose.

    Thank you. You are doing a great service to those of us who are planning to visit the Philippines. At least we know what to anticipate. I think this e-arrival requirement should be available in travel agencies once tickets are bought so that the agency can already submit the info to the authorities. It would be less hassle for travelers.

    This is just an updated One Health Pass and they changed the name... so really no difference. I'm an American, married to a Filipina and I was not asked for the OHP until I arrived in the Philippines. I was there from 6-13 Oct 2022. Getting through the airport was easy and simple. Having to wear a mask was ridiculous and it would be nice if the Philippines stop having this requirement. Thanks, Jennifer for all your updates! You are a great help!

    To go home just to see your family because knowing how expensive is fine but then to add the stress of this requirement before departure on a system that is just crap is not really helping especially if you are already suffering from cancer which is on its own is already stressful.. Why do we always makes things difficult..Applying for an ESTA is much easier at least you are advised to do this before buying a ticket just in case you are denied is much better than having a ticket and being advised to do it 3 days before departure and encounter this issue. I love Phillipines but sometimes it is frustrating … We do not have the money let alone the time to go through this. Cancer sucks but for me this policy sucks more😢 Thank you very much for all your info’s it is really helpful ❤

    E-arrival card work perfectly. I think it had to do with internet speed. It works better that the original one health pass. It took me less than 10 min. to file up and Thanks you for your input, Jennifer

    It doesn’t make no sense they remove OHP and change it to eArrival Card it is the same thing. Why not just Remove it so the travelers won’t have hard time to come back home to spent some time together with the family. Okay 👍. Tried to register for the eARRIVAL CARD (with patience, haha!) using safari or chrome. No success- just like how you described it, slow (“wait, wait lang”and get an error message. Appreciate all your effort advocating on our behalf. 😊

    You can try it now. I think they were able to fix it. It is still pretty slow, but I was able to get the QR Code for testing
