My wife and I will be visiting the Philippines next month. In my own experience, it is so frustrating dealing with any Philippine entity in both in person and online. It takes forever to get things done.
just sharing: in case anyone is getting error specially at the end, try clearing your history or data. put check mark on browsing history, download history, cookies and other site data, cached images and files, and autofill form data... then click clear data.
then go back to the website and do your e-arrival card or OHP.
They are really killing tourism in the Philippines this high season. Thanks for keeping us updated. I hope they come to their senses soon but as of now Thailand is a better choice for a hassle free vacation.

What a nightmare! Should have just left it alone if they weren't going to improve it. We are coming back to the Philippines in December. Corruption behind or involved with everything else, so it's not surprising. PH create more paperwork and have it's and other people jumping through so many hoops, as much, if not more than dictatorship and communist countries.

Yes, no improvement whatsoever. Actually worse if it doesn't work, then denied boarding. Not worth the risk of visiting. As you say, it should be removed, like every other country has done.
My pcr test parin kmi dito every month sa middle east ngluwag sila pero meron prin restriction my restriction prin dito upon arrival.
It sure looks like someone could straighten it out! Just got back from Thailand and Vietnam they sure are happy there that tourists are able to come to their country and spend USD$$ Philippines continue to lose out on all those $$$!!
Next month I'm going to the Philippines for the second time this year. Hard to believe that protocols for entry are even more difficult this time around. But we're all very fortunate to have you as a guide Jennifer. You're a great help to many people.

Indeed...other country in asia is not doing that. Is really an hassle not just to tourist but to filipino themselves..no booster need expensive antigen before entering or needs hotel quarantine.. unlike other country no big deal if no booster..thats the reason why philippines never get richer...because officials are corrupt. No good idea of implementing things

i would bring the QR code of onehealtpass to be sure, cuz is still the same system on what i see and they use the same QR code, if not working on time they should accept this still at the airport.

Requiring all arriving passengers to have access to a broken system is insane. If they aren't going to scrap it completely the least they can do is have an alternative PDF file you can print out, fill out, and bring to the check in counter to get your boarding pass. I buy my ticket months in advance trying to keep travel costs reasonable. Last minute issues are not my idea of a good time.

WTH!! Why? Removed the OHP but there is another one the E arrival card. Still the same to fill out something. What’s going on. Only in the Philippines again. Who started? I hope it’s not IATF and DOH. To make it simple.. just show the vaccinations card, passport, tickets. That’s all why make it complicated. Still using gadgets such as cell, computers etc. the reason why people wants to get rid of OHP is to use gadgets. Ur making a mess again with old ages don’t know how to use gadgets.

Seat Number is an OPTIONAL field. You don’t have to fill it out.

This is just an updated One Health Pass and they changed the name... so really no difference. I'm an American, married to a Filipina and I was not asked for the OHP until I arrived in the Philippines. I was there from 6-13 Oct 2022. Getting through the airport was easy and simple. Having to wear a mask was ridiculous and it would be nice if the Philippines stop having this requirement. Thanks, Jennifer for all your updates! You are a great help!

Just did for flight tomorrow and worked all good on iPhone thankfully. Website actually works now and all goes through fine
To go home just to see your family because knowing how expensive is fine but then to add the stress of this requirement before departure on a system that is just crap is not really helping especially if you are already suffering from cancer which is on its own is already stressful.. Why do we always makes things difficult..Applying for an ESTA is much easier at least you are advised to do this before buying a ticket just in case you are denied is much better than having a ticket and being advised to do it 3 days before departure and encounter this issue. I love Phillipines but sometimes it is frustrating … We do not have the money let alone the time to go through this. Cancer sucks but for me this policy sucks more😢 Thank you very much for all your info’s it is really helpful ❤

I tried to find info and register on my phone, but the website is completely broken. All the links lead to a photo of the OHP logo, there is no way to register.

Thank you. You are doing a great service to those of us who are planning to visit the Philippines. At least we know what to anticipate. I think this e-arrival requirement should be available in travel agencies once tickets are bought so that the agency can already submit the info to the authorities. It would be less hassle for travelers.
I'm sure a lot of passengers will be denied boring all over the world because of that e-arrival card because every time you complete it it shows error although you have filled it up correctly and most of the times when you reach step 2 it freeze

Jennifer, in as much as we already have completed our one Health pass for our flight on the 19th October, do we still have to complete the e arrival card?
After so many attempts I finally able to register with the eArrivalcard I have to do it early in the morning 3 Am Guam time. In time for my flight tomorrow.
So glad I’m not traveling for afew more months so all these issues can be rectified

FYI Japan also requires online registration & 3 shots (no test). If 2 shots, need pre-flight test.
Hello Jennifer , thanks for updates as always. I tried the registration some minutes ago using completely fake data. Now it does not ask anymore to update any PDF file for vaccination proof. I received immediately QR code on screen, says "valid for boarding" and "qualified for express lane". Cannot confirm if code is also sent to email.
It still doesn't work. What do people flying in the next few days do if they cannot complete the online pass

That's very disappointing .I agree They should take out that OHP now they want another one eArrival Card to much to bear for Seniors to travel back in our country, which na di marunong mag type sa cellphone.
