    Could you have found something to fill the rear of the trailer to maximize your revenue...especially since it was a light liad...Like a vehicle or LTL freight? Happy trails...

    Dam Randy great Tarp job, but they pull off to set the frieght outside. Whst happens when it rains. Why Tarp it when they going set it outside. I went through that with TMC. Great video bro.

      Some loads require tarps for transport not really for rain..

    I have a 4 ft ladder cut down from a 5 ft ... it was a throw away that I got for free ... just welded some reinforcements to the area I cut so it's not webble wobble on me when open all the way, that thing has saved my butt more times on tall loads , specially when your a 6 ft 1 300 pd guy doing this kind of work

    • @RandeeLewis

    R&M Logistic’s looks Good. Heard your Heavy Haul comment. Seems like your future will be pulling super heavy oversized loads. Do you see a high horsepower Pete or Kenworth with a lift axle as your next step?

    • @RandeeLewis
      @RandeeLewis  6 лет назад +1

      Not my next step but it’s definitely where I’m trying to get one day hopefully sooner than later

    I always wondered, how does Melton and western express get away with pulling their fixed spread axle trailers in CA?

    • @RandeeLewis
      @RandeeLewis  6 лет назад

      The fixed spread is moved forward so they are legal in all states

    Curious as to why you hook to the rub rail instead of just hooking under?

    Hey randee. How can I make my prime tarps more aerodynamic on small loads..

    • @RandeeLewis
      @RandeeLewis  6 лет назад +1

      Fold everything to flow backwards with the wind and put a lot of bungees pulling everything possible tight

  • @mr18toesdown68

    Great videos! Do you prefer step deck over flatbed? Also which one seems to pay more and be more steady in keeping you rollin?

    • @RandeeLewis
      @RandeeLewis  6 лет назад

      Thanks and yes I prefer Stepdeck over Flatbed because it opens u up to way more possibilities on loads especially taller loads but I don’t really know which pay more they both pay good

    What kind of trailers are parked next to you?
    They look like UK style curtain siders.

    • @RandeeLewis
      @RandeeLewis  6 лет назад

      Those are curtain side and the name is something like conistoga or something
