It's a monkey. It's only murder when it's a human. Murder doesn't apply to animals. In most of the world animals are legally considered to be property. Maybe animal cruelty, but it definitely isn't considered to be murder.

They cut off his bottom lip so he couldn't suck his thumb. Notice the marks ware they burn him? Or the sores ware they poke him with sharp objects? The monkey was literally tortured to death. He died about 2 years ago.
Aside from the circumstances it's in, it seems like this monkey is mentally slow to begin with. I know a lot of the behavior is fear, but it's also just not acting normally even for a monkey that's traumatized. Something is definitely wrong with it.
