    When ever I hear this song I always think of the old black n white or sepia photos of the slums in London with the factories, mills and dirty canals
    and the children gathered on the street looking sorry for themselves . The music, especially the final few verses sound factory like with the constant drone and the bass drumming pounding like a mill engine. And the sorrowful violin at the end. You get a sense of loss, like so many families back then would have done. ...gets me emotional about the old days.

    The video is absolutely epic and gorgeous as we follow the protagonist's journey through vast swaths of urban desolation, industrial disasters in a heroic effort to bring rainfall and relief to the masses. Like the music, there's a lot going on, in the video. Subtly and stylistically crafted, just like the musicians and this is a band that has been making strong artistic statements for sometime now. I'd aver, Beware the Sword You Cannot See, will go down as one of the best releases for 2015.

      Truthfully, I know Tool was fairly good, but they are ultimately pittance in the grand spectrum of creativity. I don't think bands should be compared to them except for the level of fame they could achieve. In which case, better to compare them to Immortal or Gorgoroth.

    @soleilsonne8553 9 лет назад

    To be honest: I am a bit disappointed.
    No question - it is a great song, great video.
    However it will still not be able to play in the same league as "God" or "Gatherer of the Pure".
    The direction they are going is surely innovative and interesting but unfortunately they are moving more and more away from their inital style which was maybe not as pleasant for your ears but for your soul.
