This video was actually shown to me at orientation day of my new job to demonstrate how team work should be and what amazing things teamwork can accomplish. It brought tears to my eyes. I want to be this amazing in my new job!

I just had my jump rope performance today. All I can do is a little expert jumps such as a backflip with it and side swing criss cross and stuff but i could never do this!
lol i always find it kind of funny how boxers and fighters are always so impressed with their jump rope skills and then i see little girls doing all this crazy ass shit and i'm like.. LOL so that means these girls would work circles on them fighters? no.. it just means the jump rope is a skill of it's own and these girls Ko's most professional athletes on that rope. PROPS!
