Over 6 yrs ago my wife and six kids walked out on me. The feeling of painful loss plagued me for years. But it's also what brought me to my knees before God - to finally commit to following His directing. Now that He's truly Lord of my life most of that pain and emptiness has left. An inner peace and joy has settled into my soul, that no one can take away. And if that weren't enough, He's beginning to restore my family to me, and use me to share that peace with them. Anyone reading this all you have to do is turn to the Lord and pray to him that He comes into your life. All he wants to do is be our Father in heaven. I tell you that you to can turn toward Jesus and he will cover you with all of his Grace and fix what every is wrong in your. Life. You know how I know this. Because I was deep in sin for 42 years and finally I turned to the Lord and he gave me a big gigantic hug and took away all my sorrow, all of my pain and covered me with grace. You too can do this all you have to do is seek him until you find him and then he will be your bestest friend.

After my son's death in nov. 2011, there were just a few songs I could bear to listen to, even until today: I noticed they revolved around the Lord Jesus himself and His love/sacrifice, especially those taken from scripture and also songs that spoke to the Lord's coming, heaven, and eternal life given through Christ. Very powerful. Very hopeful. He truly overcame indeed. Thank you for this song that is so anointed by God's Spirit.

Hi. My name is Anna, I am 18 years old. I have never self harmed, done drugs, or been abused. I live a great life. But I have my own struggles and I don't know what I am going to do in the future. There is going to be a of changes coming very soon. I feel like all my friends are going to leave me, I feel very lonely, I don't drive yet, I have never had a job, I have a lot of things to catch up on,I have fallen behind in school from home schooling, never had a boyfriend, I am scared and I often crumble in public situations. The loss of a loved one is so hard. Without our faith I don't know how we could ever get through it. I am in the worship band at our church and I am also dealing with loss. I have had many times where I have walked off the stage in tears after playing the songs. I am so thankful that God lets us worship him and gives us that connection. The loss of a loved one is so hard. Without our faith I don't know how we could ever get through it. I am in the worship band at our church and I am also dealing with loss. I have had many times where I have walked off the stage in tears after playing the songs. I am so thankful that God lets us worship him and gives us that connection. Through these songs we feel the Holy Spirit. Thanks be to our Awesome God!!

We lost our 3 year old son in a car accident almost 2 years ago. Yes, some songs are difficult to hear, but like you, I find scriptural songs quite comforting. Just think, we WILL be with our children again and it will be for eternity! I pray God brings you peace and comfort until that time. God bless you.
