It’s disheartening to see someone misuse the power and responsibility that comes with the badge. What qualities do you think are essential for someone in uniform to truly serve and protect? How can we hold people in these roles accountable? Let’s hear your thoughts!
I've raised my children to love all colors. To treat all people with respect. I do want to mention that myself (white), light skinned blacks and mexicans were all beaten. In my case it was almost daily. I suffer from PTSD. I still come across racial hate directed towards me. I found out from my Uncle and Aunt that I had a direct Lineage to have a Great, Great Grandfather who was black. For me this explained my father was so dark. Yet he never knew and I stood up against him against racism. The beauty of this story is that my children were proud to have Black heritage even though it isnt apparent. ❤ Love saves all.❤
Loved this video, my father taught my siblings and myself to be honest, and that we all bleed the same color of blood. We have taught our children and grandchildren the same.
Watching from Northern Queensland Australia 🇦🇺 Justices must preserve people skin color always have race issues when officer's see differences in people in this world we live in there is no place for racism never judge book by its cover specialy black elderly man who serve this country so call home of brave he's no hero broken code of conduct the real heroes ex service men racism cops learn to RESPECT an elderly person who's older no matter the color of a skin treat people equally GRACIOUS GOD THANK YOU FOR RESPECT RIGHTEOUSNESS HUMANITY DIGNITY IN GOD WE ALL TRUST Amen 🙏 ❤❤and family values ❤😊🎉
Wow, this video really brought out so many emotions. It’s heartbreaking to see a veteran, someone who has served his country with honor, being treated so brutally because of the color of his skin. The way the cop assumed his actions would go unnoticed just shows how deep-rooted this racial bias is in our society. But what really struck me was how this man's son, with his position and power, refused to let it slide. This story isn’t just about a single incident-it’s about a much larger issue of systemic corruption and racial injustice. I admire how the video highlighted the importance of standing up for justice, no matter how difficult the fight may be. It makes me wonder, how many other families are out there dealing with similar situations but without the means to fight back? It’s inspiring to see a community coming together for what is right, but it's also deeply concerning to think about the people who aren’t in the spotlight and how many cases go unnoticed. For anyone else watching, what do you think is the most effective way we, as individuals, can push for accountability in cases of police misconduct? What can we do to ensure that stories like this lead to real change, not just temporary outrage?
*This story is a powerful reminder of the strength we have in standing up against injustice. The way you portrayed the struggles of Michael and Jack really resonates with those who believe in accountability and change. Keep pushing these important narratives forward!*
I live in the Philippines and my sister who lives in Ireland is the one who suffered racism from her colleagues...because she isn't a local they treat her like she doesn't belong. They gave her all the work even those that are assigned to them and more. I love my sister and what they did to her, the unfair treatment made my blood boil.
"From Harlem, New York City! I really appreciate how this video highlights the importance of justice. These kinds of stories need to be told. Thank you for sharing this!"
This video is incredibly powerful, shedding light on such a significant and heartbreaking story of injustice. The narrative captures the gravity of the situation and serves as a poignant reminder of the ongoing fight for justice and equality. I deeply appreciate the effort put into creating this important content and for raising awareness of these critical issues. Wishing all the viewers strength and unity as we continue to support one another in the pursuit of accountability and change. Thank you!
Watching from Patterson California, true meat part of this story was the son determination to hold all of them accountable and the fact he was there for his father regardless of what.
"Such a powerful story! This highlights the painful realities many face and reminds us of the resilience and strength needed to fight for justice. Thank you for shedding light on these issues - stories like this inspire much-needed conversations and awareness. Let's keep pushing for change and a fairer society for everyone!"
I liked and subscribed. Thank you for sharing this violent attack on a good man. I am appalled the world is watching and believed in many cases that the majority of Americans back police behavior like this. I appreciate you bringing the light to the darkness. May God bless us all and hold us close to His heart.
Reading this just breaks my heart and fires me up at the same time. It's horrifying that someone who gave so much for their community and country could be treated with such brutality. We NEED accountability and real change in our justice system. Thank you for telling this story. 💔✊ What can everyday people like us do to help drive change and support families like Jack’s?
You are watching from the country where the Aborigines were hunted like animals by t the British convicts. Australia now belongs to the British. Where are the Aborigines!?
Michael Carter, I am so proud of you of being who you are and that you protected your father, which I hope he is OK at this point being at the video told me that he was twitching his hand somewhat and then I would be proud of you to continue the safety of the community and that the officer that did what he did and the other officers involved Plus the chief as well to punish them for each and everything that they’ve done thank you for being very strong and protective over the community and that you are honest about what you say and you do and you made it right and thank you very much for doing that I would be so proud of you And you should be promoted even higher than what you are because you prove that there is peace in the world and in the community without the violence and the lies to continue Thank you, Michael And I hope your dad is improving Love always with respect to you and the community beyond Cindy Lou
This story is heartbreaking and infuriating. It’s hard to believe that such injustice still happens to those who have served and sacrificed for their country. No one deserves this kind of treatment, especially not a veteran who has given so much. Stories like this highlight why it’s so crucial to fight against discrimination and hold people accountable for their actions. I hope this serves as a wake-up call and leads to real change in the system. Sending prayers to the family, and hoping justice is served for this brave man.
This story really hits deep. Growing up, I was taught to love and respect everyone, no matter their background. It’s heartbreaking that people still face so much hate. It’s inspiring to see the strength of those who stand up for what’s right, and I’m proud to teach my kids to love all people, regardless of color. We’re all connected in some way, and love will always win in the end.
He doesn't deserve to wear that badge, he is a disgrace to the uniform
Aren't they all.
