Thank you very much. I had a couple of injuries I've been working around that were giving my elbows a lot of grief. I just started push-pressing again, I'm happing to be starting over my bodyweight, the goal is 225 to 230 lbs. At some point I'll see what I can get my strict press up to as well.
Thank you. It's definitely starting to feel better. My legs are getting stronger, and as I get the leg drive more in sync with the press, it's starting to move better. My mobility is slowly getting better too, so now I can start with the bar touching my chest instead of floating a bit above. The triceps definitely get less fatigued and sore from push-press than they do from either strict press or dips. As they get heavier the triceps work really hard at the top, but they are not working as hard in that deep stretched position. Or at least not if the leg drive is right. I find them helpful for my tricep lockout strength.
Nice work! That's a strong shoulder press!

Push press looks much better. Do you find your triceps getting sore on those ? Any more or less vs from strict press or your dips ?
