    50 year olds are NOT seniors.

    • @HealthWithDr.Bella608
      @HealthWithDr.Bella608  3 месяца назад

      Thank you for your feedback! While opinions on what age qualifies as "senior" can vary, many health resources and organizations consider 50+ to be a transitional period where people start focusing more on health and wellness specific to aging. Our goal is to provide helpful information for this age group. We appreciate your input and hope you find our content valuable!

      I am nearly 75 years old and do not consider myself 'seniorr", age is just a number,. I don't have arthritis, blood pressure or constipation and am always being told I look much younger. I don't use castor oil or botox and I haven't had any cosmetic surgery!

    Two brands of Castor Oil one for external use and another for internal use. Check before you buy.

      Great point! It's really important to check the labels when purchasing castor oil, as some are specifically made for external use and others are safe for internal consumption. Thanks for the reminder-this is valuable advice for anyone looking to incorporate castor oil into their health routine!

    Is it safe to drink it because I have ibs ? Also i have cervical syndrome. Is suitable for this ? Thanks

    • @HealthWithDr.Bella608
      @HealthWithDr.Bella608  2 месяца назад

      Thank you for your question! While castor oil has many benefits, it's important to approach it with caution, especially if you have IBS or cervical syndrome. Castor oil can act as a strong laxative, which might not be ideal for someone with IBS as it could potentially aggravate symptoms. As for cervical syndrome, castor oil's anti-inflammatory properties may offer some relief when applied topically, but it's always best to consult with your healthcare provider before trying new remedies. They can give you advice tailored to your specific condition. Stay safe and take care!

      Thanks for your question! While castor oil can be used internally as a natural laxative, it's not something I consume regularly. It's important to use it cautiously and in small amounts if taken orally. I always recommend consulting with a healthcare provider before using castor oil in this way to ensure it's safe for your specific situation.

    *_1_* Most doctors know very little about nutrition because medical students receive only 11 hours of nutritional instruction during their entire 12-year medical program.
    *_2_* Here are the three best: (1) Queen of the Throne Castor Oil, (2) The Goodbye Company Castor Oil, and (3) Heritage Store Castor Oil. 💕☮🌎🌌

      Thank you for sharing that insight! It's true that nutrition often doesn't get enough attention in medical training, which is why it's so important for us to continue educating ourselves. I appreciate your recommendations for castor oil brands-quality matters, especially when it comes to health. Have you tried any of these yourself? 😊

      @@HealthWithDr.Bella608 You’re welcome, Dr Bella! I’ve tried NOW Certified Organic Castor Oil, which is OK but comes in a plastic bottle. I’m about to finish the last eight-ounce bottle. After some research, I concluded that those three above are the best, especially the first one, which I’m buying very soon instead of the NOW brand. 😀

    I love the lawyer and I’m aware of all the benefits of it but the way putting it on your face or on your hair is the goofiest stickiest oil ever it’s so hard to get off. I know the benefits are good that I think I’m just too lazy to have to want to do that every day and then try to get it off my face.

    • @HealthWithDr.Bella608

      Thanks for sharing your thoughts! I totally get it-castor oil can be quite thick and sticky, which makes it tricky to apply and remove. A little goes a long way, and some people find it helpful to mix it with a lighter oil, like jojoba or coconut oil, to make it easier to use. It can also be applied at night, so you have time to let it absorb before washing it off in the morning. But I completely understand that it might not be for everyone, especially if you're looking for a more convenient routine. Your self-care should be enjoyable, not a chore!

      Thanks for your comment! Just to clarify, castor oil comes from the Ricinus communis plant, (its plant name) which is commonly used for its health benefits, especially for seniors. It's a natural remedy, If you have any questions about how it can help improve health, feel free to ask!
