Bought that thing on basis of a youtube review. Always on the window sill, trickle charging via solar cell.
You highlighted the features very well.
I like the big speaker quite a bit.
    Very good sound.
I ordered a clamp on the antenna long radial (basically a clamp with attached wire spool).
Need to try that out outside my flat-terrible reception here.
Say safe, and thanks for your reviews-spot on.

Thanks for sharing, I try to give honest reviews. There are some things that I never show because they are so bad.

I like the idea of the hand crank and solar panel makes it very versatile 👍

It really does, in case of an emergency, you might not have enough batteries to keep it working, This ensures that you will

These radios do a lot more than you think. Great review nonetheless and I love your background display that is totally awesome.

I bought a Raddy RF75A shortwave radio about 2 weeks ago and I'm enjoying the radio so far.

Not bad, wish it had an external antenna jack though.

Wow, at 7:30 minute mark Brother RG Stair from North Carolina. He died several years ago and they are still running his programs. I guess him and Dr. Gene Scott will be on long after their gone since they both have been dead for a while.

Being such a low price, one has to conclude that it's made in China, "quality"? If so, no thanks.

This is still a decent radio for the price point. Not everyone wants or can afford a higher end radio. This is prefect for camping, weather emergencies or things like that.
