Viewed from any distance, it reminds me of a huge industrial chimney. But I'm sure its views are great. Too bad about all those empty floors and those internal technical issues. I suppose by cutting prices they could fill it up with tenants. The Empire State and World Trade Center also took years to fill up.

As for its being mostly full, ok, but I've noticed its largely blacked out upper section in numerous photos over the years. I did grant that giant buildings can take years to get fully rented.
