This is a different Snufkin! Iwamine is supposed to sound like the 90s Snufkin. They both have the same voice actor, Koyasu Takehito. (Koyasu-san REALLY voiced Iwamine in the drama CDs )
Hate to say this, but Geno (from Mario RPG) in my headcanon sounds like the mature Jaden Yuki, in contrast to what Snufkin sounded like in this series. Also, Snufkin should be voiced by KENN, not Issey Takahashi. Because the Japanese dub could be more loyal to the 90's Moomin anime.

Personally, he could sound nasal, just like Geno in my headcanon. I mean, Geno sounds different than Snufkin, as he's voiced in Japanese by KENN.
