On Dormamu (I deleted the previous comment because I made it half through the video) we see Dr. Strange moving in his Dark Dimension and reacting to attacks from Dormamu, even blocking two of them before being overwhelmed so Dr. Strange does have an argument.
Thor being tortured by the stone has always questioned me as thanks could be using the stone at a lower power idk if it a a feat

i don't know much about digimon scaling, but from what i know, he no diffs most of the verse, and dormammu and above characters would be debatable

One other thing we also have to understand is that Saitama seems to have an infinite amount of durability. His body has not been damaged once since he got his strength. Also I’m pretty sure he would have no problem with infinity ultron or the watcher. This is mainly because ultron was defeated by a team of heroes that really aren’t that impressive besides dark Dr. Strange. If they were able to not only survive a fight with him but also win then Saitama should definitely be able to fight him. I could see this fight going something similar to the cosmic fear Garou fight where it definitely takes more then one punch but Saitama still doesn’t take damage.
I don't think that necessarily means that Saitama's Invincible.
