Hey there, check out my rendition of "Going Under" by ‪@Evanescence‬ ! 🎸
I've always been blown away by Amy Lee's vocals and the seamless blend of guitars in this track. It's truly a remarkable nu metal masterpiece from the early 2000s era.
🎛️ FX and Music Geek Talk:
I've tuned my guitar down to B Standard for that extra punch in the riff (5 semitones lower). To achieve that gritty rock sound, I used a Tube Screamer with a Marshall Plexi amp combo. And for the solo, I added in some Wah pedal action to make sure the guitar cut through the mix.
