In my opinion, yes its better. because we need a lot of ignore def stats in order to get into the enemy's defence. otherwise, all our attacks will be reduced to DEF. Also, there a lot of ways to get STR DEX and INT.
Boss Question. If Throwing Bottles are considered as ranged pyschical attacks is it better to pump up dex? Or the multiplier for bottles skills are str?
it does not work like Archers wherein DEX adds damage. If you want to get additional range damage then better go for Legendary bow enchants. Bottle skills scales on PATK.

Yes boss kasi need mo din ng PDMG at PATK then may mga difference sa cards.

Yes it is manageable just do your CT daily and make sure to craft it as much as possible at level 10 to make things cheaper.
