Spencer didn't have a father. Courtney and Eddie jr did, and even more their father was on top of the world in a game for men. That Spencer was looking to make his name in or be under to prove he was somebody as he lacked what everybody needs (a father). But his inner hurt of not having that significant guardian scorned him to putting his friends down. To Courtney jr it held not much a difference. But to Eddie jr it was a normal reaction to defend his father and stand up to Spencer in his defense. Sad. Because its situations like this that drive people who were friends to murder and kidnapping.

If these brothers and sisters did what they felt they had to do, I get that, but let's not make heroes out of them. Their actions didn't just affect those that were "in the game". It wasn't all bad. Most survived. Obama signed off on a law about juvenile offenders sentenced to life to have their sentences Revisited. A lot of people got out on that. I'm not certain but I don't think you can sentence a juvenile to life now or the prosecutors have to work very hard to make that stick
