I forgot to film my beverage and snack choice.
Pros:
- Friendly gate agents and flight attendants.
- Widebody on a domestic route.
- Extra seat pitch and width for long legs!
- Good entertainment selection.
- Working USB Charging port.
- Seat comfort/controls/recline.
- Fun and entertaining conversation with seat mate!
Cons:
- 3 hour ground delay (ended up being late 2 hours 25 minutes) - American did offer to rebook flights and a few folks took the offer and so their baggage had to be taken out of the cargo hold.
- My second flight was also delayed (good thing this time).
- Dirty outside windows.
- Location of USB charging port, back and underneath the center console between seats.
