Congrats on reaching Laos! Indeed driving on the right side can be confusing at times. One thing that helps me, is to always look out for what the other vehicles do, especially at the junctions and just follow them😂 and always remind yourself: when unsure, turn right! Stay safe!
Welcome to Laos. Hope you enjoy your journey thru Laos. There will be obstacles, the roads are bad, potholes, dust, and windings but the views are amazing. If you are an adventure types, you will be enjoyed riding motorcycle thru Laos.
Good morning from Cambodia ! I have been finished watch your video it's so amazing travelling for border crossing from Thailand and Laos. The landscape side by side the street so beautiful and fresh. Have a nice trip in Laos . thank you!
@@joy_tothe_world Yes it's so amazing travelling I hoped one day you ride the motor cross the border to Cambodia to visit the amazing places in Cambodia as well.
Thank you for making the travel vlog and taking us with you on the journey. its been very insightful and enjoyable watching your videos. Cant wait for the next one, keep up the good work and safe travels both of yall☺️
Nice and good on both of you! Congrats and Well done! On the LHD roads which if it's any help for you both, I adopt a method to remind myself by wearing my watch on my left wrist and that side must represent the opposite oncoming cars / road dividers.. for u, u probably can use your bike mounted GoPro side and remind yourself that that side is for the opposite side of oncoming cars / road dividers.. hope this helps..😉..
Could you please post details in video discription or comments of agent, cost, documents required, time taken overall etc ..will really help future travellers.
How many days did Laos immigration give you for your D53 temporary import permit? 15 days? If so you may want to visit the customs office in Luang Prabang to get a new D53 and choose your exit point. Let me know. Thanks. Oh and please post the name and Line or Phone # for your helpful agent 😊😊
Laos petrol was mainly of 91 grade. So I carried octane boosters just in case....worried about engine knocking on my GS. Thankfully all was good. The roads in Vientiane look good....unlike what I came across during my ride
@@joy_tothe_world because in singapore u would normally pump 95. they usually only have 91. low octane gas may cause engine knocking due to early ignition as it is more volatile.. octane booster in simple terms mean increasing ur ron 91 to perhaps 95 so ur engine doesnt 'knock' . its like fuel additives u pour in ur tank when u pump the ron 91.
A lil bit of advice riding towards the north of laos, buy a face mask..you will face a lot of dusk..especially if you’re riding on route 13 or kasi bypass 😉
Sabaidee! That's some nice customer service agent. What a journey. Just watch your flood video. Hoping you guys the best of luck on this travel.

They gave us 30 days. For the agent, you can google Ah Hong Travel Motorcycle Tours
Make sure if you got 30 days your motorcycle also got 30. Not happening nowadays 😊😢

@joy_tothe_world Fuel additives to boost the RON 91 to a highter octane level....to prevent your engine from knocking.
