I will be waiting for the LRT-MRT concourse next year so that I won't switch trains whenever I plan to travel to the north of the city. MRT Trains are giving more sardines than the new 4th Gen LRT Trains.

Watching this virtual walk, I noticed that most Filipinos using MRT are so fit because they walked several minutes just to get a ride in. Also a long walk to get out after the ride was over. It seemed that there was no coordination between the engineers/architects that worked for the LRT and MRT projects. Thanks for the video. I enjoyed watching this. It's just my observation.
Thanks for this comment Sir, I always like to read comments like this. Your observations are correct, with a little hint of sarcasm 😅 ("most Filipinos are so fit because they walked several minutes just to a ride in"). I am excited what the next train system project the Philippines have, some of those have unified terminal, let's wait for that.
Why some people tend to look for negative side of things. I've been to Singapore and people walk a lot going from one destination to another. They also have multilevel Metro that covers the whole of the city that make it accesible no matter how far your destination is, and I didnt see any obese Singaporean or expats there, They are all fit. But here in the States where I now resides, everyone has a car, they just hop in where ever they want to go, but most of them are Overweight and are suffering from Daibetes or Hypertension even depression. I'm just saying that It depends our perception either you see the cup half full or half empty. Just my 2 cents!
@@bigeyepup1920 thanks for the comment, I think the both of you have great points. I like his point about the Filipinos being fit, it is funny. Also, what he said about the engineers/architects were true, because MRT-3 wasn't even an idea when LRT-1 is being constructed, hence, the people who built LRT-1 & MRT-3 have no coordination. It's just, he doesn't know this side of our train systems history. And, to your point, I also agree, I've been to Singapore too and my feet were tired when I was there, too much walking just to transfer from place to place, they don't have jeepneys, tricycles and pedicabs. But I love their train system, how they were interconnected thru different rails, it's amazing, well Japan is on another level if you would compare train systems.
@@eg8343 I am excited to see ALL Philippine Train Systems be connected, it will ease the traffic in Metro Manila and bring places closer. Just imagine the time that our daily commuters will save because of these train systems.
Para hindi ka na maglakad sa sidewalk, pagdating mo sa North Avenue Station pumasok ka sa Trinoma Mall, tapos may exit dun papunta sa footbridge going to SM North.
I thought of this, but I want to show what you can find/search in the Google Maps, MRT-3 North Ave Station to SM North EDSA, and this route is what it will show. Some of the people that might watch this is also using Google Maps. Thank you for your comment, it is informative and I will try and film that route on my next update of this video. :D
included sa video ang North Triangle Common station na magiging station ng MRT3, LRT1 at MRT7. 3 uri ng train sa isang station na hopefully on the future mag ooperate na sabay sabay
DUH! Hindi pa bukas ang LRT-MRT common station sa SM North Trinoma Ilang dekada ko ba ito hinihintay. Lakad lakad pa rin from LRT FPJ station to SM North pa rin
Parang nanghihimalid na mga stations ng MRT, sana iimprove mgastations saka pati train sets. Mas presentable tignan LRT from trains, pre-recorded train announcement every station, at mga ilang stations na maayos naman.
1st, thank you for watching. For your question, I also don't know, I have also ride Gen 4 LRT-1 train with a faulty door (the last cabin, last door), maybe we can share this to others and somehow alert the LRMC.
There are new trains po, 4th Generation, these are the best trains we have as of the moment. And there are still 3rd Generation trains running, but it is limited to 3-5 trains if I am not mistaken.
mas mabilis pa sana yan kapag meron na ang common station. Baka maging saktong 1 hour lang Sucat to North Edsa and vice versa. Tagal kasi ng construction ng common station hays
The Sucat station looks good except they forgot to build sidewalks for people to walk through at the entrance area. Also, why are they allowing vendors to block the 6-inch "walkway" along the street knowing passengers are walking toward oncoming vehicles? Can't Filipino planners figure out simple and basic road design?
Apparently there is a shorter way depending saan sa SM North EDSA ka pupunta, if sa "The Block" then, may way po sa Trinoma Mall na mas malapit sa MRT-3 North Ave. Pero if you're going to, the Main or Annex, this is your best route.
