I think I can create a story about what happened Napoleon was marching with his army through the Aost Valley when he was surprised by a British squadron of 18 battalions of the 18 foot,Napoleon, in an attempt to distract them, divides his army, so Napoleon begins to flee with the old guard until he manages to establish a strategic point on a mountain, the British in a attempt to wipe out the French army they fail miserably, Napoléon retreats a little so that the old guard so that they could gain a little speed to advance with the boys, so what was left of the British foot squad was destroyed and forced to retreat as they could not compete with the old guard thus making Napoleon win the battle of Aost Valley Napoleon then marches to meet the rest of his men to continue his march
