How does balmy rose 01 compare to peripera ink mood glowy tint in 23 and 27?
@@donotreply8979 Balmy Rose 01 is lighter than both. 23 is brighter with similar undertones and 27 is darker with more of a mauve pink color, no apricot pink. Hope this helps
